OUR STORY

Ill CriMiNE PAGA is a play on words and phoentically translates to "Crime Pays" in Italian. We are a printed apparel/merchadise brand from New Bedford, Massachusetts.

 

This is a creative side project of Graphic Designer, and Entrepreneur Kevin O'Sullivan who has called NBMA his home port for the last 20 years but grew up in the Roslindale neighborhood of Boston. He is not of Italian descent and does not speak Italian but likes to play with words and visuals. He has spent much of his life as a commercial fisherman but also toured with punk bands as a merch manager and tour manager; where he gained some mediocre graphic design skills while supporting touring bands.

 

The designs of Ill CriMiNE PAGA are intended to highlight the larger than life and infamous characters who are lauded and regaled locally as seedy remnants of the Whaling City's urban lore.
